The Hispanic Promise 2.0 Framework was developed in consultation with multiple stakeholders (including private sector, nonprofits, and academia) who developed goals, targets, indicators, and resources to provide structured guidance around best practices, benchmarks, and tools to create inclusive environments that support comprehensive Hispanic advancement. Because we know every company is different and is starting from a different point, the 2.0 framework provides you with samples of activities and outcomes at 3 levels so that you can select the right starting point and continue to evolve.
The Hispanic Promise 2.0 Framework starts by having the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations as the umbrella and highlights the 4 goals that are the most impacted by this framework, Goal #3, Good Health and Well-being, Goal#4, Quality Education, Goal #5, Gender Equality and Goal #8, Decent work, and economic growth.
The second tier of the framework refers to the Hispanic Promise 2.0 BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal): For the workforce representation at all levels to mirror the country’s population by 2030 (based on the BLS statistics).
