THE POWER OF BEING HUMAN, IS THE POWER OF CONNECTION.

Who We Are

Mission

Our mission is to reframe Hispanics not merely as a fast-growing demographic, but as a vital economic, cultural, and civic force shaping the United States future.

By doing so, we advocate for every human being to be respected and empowered, focusing on our shared humanity.

Vision

For every human to value every human. It’s simple: WE ARE ALL HUMAN.

This fundamental truth can inspire, heal, and unite us. We are driven by the vision that every human values every human, and that shared prosperity is the standard for economic growth.

We believe that where fear divides, connection unites.
Where walls rise, connection builds bridges.

About Us

Who We Are

We Are All Human is a 501(c)(3) advocacy-driven nonprofit organization, recognized by the United Nations ECOSOC, devoted to promoting equity, unity, and collective progress by celebrating the best of humanity and advancing shared goals across cultures and sectors.

What We Do

We turn connection into impact by using data to create insights and stories into action.

Through our flagship initiative, The Hispanic Star, we focus on accelerating Hispanic upward mobility in the United States by elevating the narrative, increasing leadership representation and influence, and fostering unity across industries and communities.

Hispanic Star seeks to reframe Hispanics not merely as a fast-growing demographic, but as a vital economic, cultural, and civic force shaping the United States future.

We execute our work through three strategic steps: repositioning Hispanics from a diversity segment to a strategic growth engine, redefining perception through truth, data, and storytelling, and rallying partners to unlock investment, innovation, and shared prosperity.

What We Offer

Participation in our initiatives is open to leaders and stakeholders across communities who are committed to advancing inclusive growth and shared prosperity.

  1. Access to Networks (Events & Convenings)
We bring together leaders, companies, and changemakers to build relationships that drive opportunity through national and regional programs.
  2. Access to Resources (Data & Insights)
We provide data, insights, and tools that empower action, turning understanding into measurable progress via research-based intelligence, proprietary tools, and comprehensive toolkits.
  3. Access to Visibility (Content & Storytelling)
We elevate Latino talent, voices, and contributions, shifting perception through storytelling, media amplification, and recognition by utilizing high-profile platforms like the HLS, the Gala, international events, and media partnerships. No one can go alone; we have a solid network of partners and together we harness the power of shared solutions.
